The pillow provided was not supportive or firm enough, which made it challenging to get a good night's rest. the noise level was high at times, with guests occasionally being loud in the middle of the night.

Unfortunate noise from the nearby church bells, ringing every 15 minutes starting at 6am. the showerhead was outdated and difficult to use.
